Film // Experiments with B+W

Being a newbie to film photography, I’ve always heard that B+W film is more finicky and harder to achieve the desired results. Because of this, I’ve steered away from photographing on B+W film. Until, Labor Day weekend when I experimented with Ilford HP5 Plus Black and White Negative Film. My photographer friends were joking around about the mistake I was making shooting in B+W at sunset. I’m pretty happy with the level of contrast and clarity, especially for my first go around!
